After searching for this LP for ages, I finally found it for sale at Meatcube/Bear Distro. The Third Memory were a rambunctious Screamo band from Marseille in France. They played in that classic French style popularized by bands such as Alcatraz, Vanilla, Ivich and Peu Etre. That sort of sound where one minute you are being lulled into a false sense of serenity before everything explodes and you feel like you eardrums are going to fail you. Lots of soft twinkly parts becoming full blown distorted madness. Everyone in the band sings and screams over the chaos. This is a sound I will never grow tired of. It just sounds like the guys in this band have so much passion for what they are doing. It sounds so honest and heartfelt. Almost as if they are playing like their lives are depending on it. Plus, they sing in their native language, which is something I will always prefer!! For more modern comparisons, I would have to drop names like Daitro, Raein, June Paik or Kaospilot. Basically, if you still can't get enough of the French School of Screamy Hardcore, I don't see why you wouldn't love this.
